These terms cover your use of Invoice Drop ("the app"), made by Pulseni. By using the app you agree to them. The app is also licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; if anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins.
What the app does
Invoice Drop helps you make invoices: you pick the days you worked, your client, hours and rate, and the app creates a PDF that you can share. It doesn't send anything by itself and it doesn't take or process payments.
Your invoices are your responsibility
- Please check every invoice before you send it — dates, amounts, VAT, bank details and anything else on it.
- The app is a tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. You're responsible for making sure your invoices meet any rules that apply to you, such as VAT or HMRC requirements.
- Voice input and address suggestions can mishear or suggest the wrong thing. Always check what they fill in.
Your data
Your invoices and details are stored on your iPhone. How your information is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping backups: if your phone is lost or the app is deleted, invoices that weren't backed up can't be recovered.
Using the app fairly
Don't use the app to create false, misleading or fraudulent invoices, or for anything unlawful.
Paid features
If paid features are offered in future, they'll be bought through Apple's App Store and Apple's purchase terms will apply.
No guarantees
We work hard to make the app accurate and reliable, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, Pulseni isn't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by invoices you created or sent, such as a wrong amount or a missed payment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
